EVENT DAY COORDINATION & GROUP RESERVATIONS will coordinate your event and even find your guests advanced lodging on the Vineyard. From weddings, corporate meetings, video conferencing, retreats, reunions, cocktail parties to clambakes, concierge services and everything in between, let me take the pressure off of you by being your on-site coordinator on the day of your event. I will make sure that everything runs smoothly with customized services to fit your needs based upon my conversations with you. That includes touching base with all of your vendors to coordinate a timeline for their arrival and/or deliveries. You planned it, your job is done - now enjoy it!
